Tale of Despereaux saved from Brash

Atari pick up the tab

Brash Entertainment may be gone, but Atari have decided to save Tale of Despereaux from the ashes of the now defunct movie industry-backed game publisher.

Some of the firm's creations have of course disappeared into the ether, but the official movie tie-in will be delivered by Phil Harrison's outfit, who have been showing off their 2009 range at the Atari Live event in London this week.

A fantasy story featuring a plucky swashbuckling mouse is promised, and the flick will be with us in just two weeks time.
